INEC - Nigeria has started re-configuration of 'Smart Card Readers'. The reason for the re-configuration is to ensure Nigerians free, fair, credible, peaceful and unbiased election.
It was noted in the notice of election postponement by the INEC Commission that the commission has challenges with the implementation of the election logistics and needed more time to prepare in order to serve Nigerians better on the new date - 23rd February, 2019
