According to report, the man in his early 30's was exercising on Ikot Ekpene Road, Ogbor Hill when he suddenly slumped and died before he could be taken to the hospital.
The reportedly led to traffic build up n the road as the deceased lay on the road while passersby raised a barrier on the road to alert motorists to avoid crushing his body. While speaking on the sad incident, one of the eyewitness said;
“The man was exercising on the road before he suddenly collapsed and foams started coming out of his mouth. Nobody knew what happened to him, but when he collapsed on the road, we knew there was a problem. Some people checked him for any means of identification. None was found.”
It was learnt that no one was able to identify the man dressed in white sportswear and seen lying on the road in the photos below till his remains was taken away by the police in an ambulance.
According to a senior police officer at the Ogbor Hill Division while speaking on the incident, the man's remains has since been deposited at the mortuary while efforts were being made to locate his family.
