According to report, a popular 63 years old man named Maurizio Zanfanti, said to be an Italian playboy who has slept with over 6000 women has died while having s*x with a 23-year-old tourist.
It was gathered that Maurizio Zanfanti, dubbed the 'Romeo of Rimini', was having s*x with the tourist woman when he suddenly had a heart attack. And after realizing that something was seriously wrong, the Romanian tourist immediately alerted the emergency services, but it was too late as the nightclub manager could not be saved.
According to Italian newspaper Il Resto Del Carlino's report, Maurizio Zanfanti, also known as 'Zanza', died on Tuesday night "after doing what he knows how to do best - loving women", after he was rumored to have slept wit more than 6,000 women in his lifetime.
It was learnt that Maurizio Zanfanti, who had reportedly known the tourist for a couple of years moments before falling ill and died, was having s*x with the woman in a car in Via Pradella, Rimini, in the country's Emilia-Romagna region.
It was also gathered that some reports claim the tourist was getting dressed when Zanfanti's illness became apparent, which prompted her to alert the medical services and paramedics immediately rushed to the scene, but the playboy was already dead.
