In 2013, the Nigerian Federal Government started the disbursement of the NEEDS Assessment fund with the aim of improving the standard of Nigerian Varsities.
Years after,students still complain of lack of improvement in Welfare and Academic standard.
This money and other funds are meant to make life better for Students,they are such that students should start asking questions about and should be concerned about.
The News Digest published in first of her series ,an investigative report of how a Top Federal University failed to utilize these fund properly despite its disbursement.
We would continue exposing this ills from other varsities in subsequent reports.
